HAMILTON-LEWANDOWSKI Hanna Zofia 15.05.1927 - 05.07.2018 Formerly of Ludlow. Died peacefully at Brook Court Nursing Home, Kidderminster with her daughter at her side. Mother of Bozenna, Elizabeth and Peter. Grandmother of Sam, Emil, Rosa, Cristian and Matty. Mother in law of John and Melvyn. Funeral will be at St Peter's Roman Catholic Church, Henley Road, Ludlow on Friday, July 20th at 11.30 a.m. Family flowers only, but donations if desired for Alzheimer's Society.
