Thomas SMART Of Ludlow, passed away peacefully at Stretton Hall Nursing Home, on March 6th, 2019, aged 91 years. Beloved Husband of the late Corrie, Father of Tom and Gary, Grandfather of Andrew, David, John and David, Great Grandfather of Ellie and Hugo. Loved and dearly missed by all his Family and Friends. A Funeral Service is to take place at the Parish Church of St John, Ludlow on Friday, April 5th, at 12pm. Family flowers only please but kind donations received in Tom's memory to benefit Myeloma UK.
