WINIFRED LILY COOPER Of Ludlow, passed away peacefully in Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on April 15th, 2020, aged 79 years. Beloved Wife of the late Noel, adored Mum of Lorraine; a cherished Nan and Great Nan. Winifred will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.
