SLADE Rosemary Ann (Ann) Of Tenbury Wells, passed away peacefully on 21st July 2021, aged 84 years. Loved and dearly missed by all her Family and Friends. Funeral service to take place at Worcester Crematorium on Thursday 26th August at 10am. Family flowers only please. Kind donations received in Ann's memory in lieu of flowers, will be given to Tenbury Hospital League of Friends and may be sent via the funeral home.
