GARDEN lovers from Ludlow and south Shropshire have three more chances to visit great gardens in the area before the end of the year.
On Sunday (September 20) and again on Sunday, October 11, Millichope Park estate will be open for the National Gardens Scheme.
Visitors can admire the wonderful autumn colours in the trees and shrubs that have been planted in the 14 acres of historic landscape.
Millichope Park will be open between 2pm and 6pm, admission is £5 for adults, free for children. There is partial wheelchair access around the estate. It is at Munslow (between Ludlow and Bridgnorth) on the B4368.
Open for the final time this year on Sunday, October 4, will be the walled garden at Mynd Hardy Plants at the Delbury Hall Estate at Diddlebury, also in the Corvedale between Ludlow and Bridgnorth.
Mynd Hardy Plants will be open from 10am and 5pm entrance to both the walled garden and the estate grounds is £4 for adults, free for children.
