LUDLOW Rotary Club holds fund-raising events and raises substantial sums for deserving charities, the main one being the Dog Day at Stokesay Court.
Because of Covid-19 this has not been possible for the past two years. So instead the Club is holding an online charity auction and prize draw in September.
The aim is to raise money for St Michael’s Hospice in Hereford, Hope House Children’s Hospice in Oswestry and Ludlow Rotary Cares, the Club’s own charity, which awards small grants to local community groups.
The auction is being run on-line and commission free by Brightwells. It starts on September 20 and closes at 6pm on September 26.
