ENBURY RFC secured ninth place in their first season in Midlands Three West South with a 19-0 win over Bromyard, thanks to tries from Claude Celton, Hobie Gill and Callum Spires.
“The school report would read that it’s been a good term, we’ve learned a lot and the club has moved forward,” said director of rugby Andy Black.
“To finish where we have is a fair reflection of our efforts. We have had some heavy defeats but then we’ve gone back to play the same opposition and given them a tougher game.
“We’ve got 41 points, scored some good tries, got some good wins, the lads have stuck at it and dug deep – it’s been a good season.”
