ORLETON is hosting a Flower Festival for the four days of the Jubilee bank holiday.
It is hosted at St George’s church and the displays will be themed around the Royal Palaces.
The weekend will culminate in a garden party on Sunday.
On Saturday, the Church is open between 11am and 5pm and on Sunday between 12noon and 5pm.
Visitors will be treated to tea and coffee and perhaps something stronger.
The best known of all the Royal Palaces is Buckingham Palace in central London that is the home of the Monarch when they are in London.
But there are also other palaces throughout the country and some of these will feature in the display being held at Orleton where flower displays also take place at other special occasions.
