A DRIVER has been fined by magistrates after he was caught driving without due care and attention in a Shropshire town.
Sebastien Basker appeared before magistrates in Worcester in March accused of one count of driving a mechanically propelled vehicle on a road or public place without due care and attention.

He entered a guilty plea to the charge at the hearing.
The court heard from police prosecutor David Whittaker that the 21-year-old had been caught out after driving an Alfa Romeo Giulietta without due care and attention on the A4117 Station Road in Cleobury Mortimer on July 14 last year.
Basker, of Lower Street, Cleobury Mortimer, was fined £246 and received seven penalty points. He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £110 and a £98 victim surcharge, which is used to help fund services supporting victims of crime.
