A POPULAR Ludlow tapas bar in a "superb trading position" is on the market as its owner looks to retire.
Parkway Tasca Bar, established in Ludlow in 2014, is offered by agents Blacks Brokers for £39,995.
The agents said the business, which serves up a range of traditional tapas foods, has become very well-known in the area, both with a strong base of regular customers, and benefitting from a huge amount of passing trade.

Blacks Brokers said the business is being offered due to the owner's retirement plans and presents an "excellent opportunity for a new owner-operator or team to take the business to the next level".
It currently employs four members of staff alongside the chef-patron, and accounts for the year ending December 2021 show an annual turnover of £80,025 with a gross profit of £39,478, the agents said.
The building is available on a full repair and insure lease, the agents said, and is currently on a rolling monthly lease which began in 2014 at a cost of £211 per week.
