TWO Ludlow speeders have been fined by magistrates after they were caught breaking the limit.
Stephen John Peregrine was proven guilty of one count of speeding by magistrates in Worcester.
The court heard that the 64-year-old had been caught breaking the limit while behind the wheel of a Mercedes in a 30 miles per hour zone on the A451 Stourport Road in Great Witley, Worcestershire, on October 21.
Peregrine, of Bromfield Road, Ludlow, was fined £660 and received six penalty points. He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £90 and a £264 victim surcharge.

Gayle Gillian Pugh entered a guilty plea to one count of speeding to magistrates in Worcester.
The court heard that the 37-year-old Renault driver had been caught speeding in a 30 miles per hour on the B4368 at Diddlebury on December 2.
Pugh, of Dun Cow Road, Ludlow, was fined £80 and received five penalty points. She was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £90 and a £32 victim surcharge.
