A FLASHER who exposed his genitals in Ludlow has been sentenced by magistrates.
Anthony Shingler entered a guilty plea to one count of exposure and one count of being drunk and disorderly when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster in May.
The court heard from prosecutor Colin Charvill that the 38-year-old had intentionally exposed his genitals, intending that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress in Ludlow on May 24.

He had also been drunk and disorderly in Ludlow's Quality Square on the same date, the court heard.
Shingler, who was represented at the hearing by defence solicitor Mark Turnbull, and who is of no fixed address, was handed an 11-month community order and must complete a six-month alcohol treatment programme.
He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £185 and a £114 victim surcharge, which is used to help fund services supporting victims of crime.
