STUDENTS at Ludlow CE School are celebrating after achieving top GCSE grades today (Thursday.)
Notable successes include Edie Massey, Lottie Carpenter, Daisy Brooker, Luke Fox, Hazel Baines, Hannah Bickford, Olivia Hughes, Edward Reavill, Veni Ryadkova and Matthew Channon, who achieved a haul of over 30 grade 9s and 8s between them.
Paula Hearle, headteacher at the school, said: “We are immensely proud of all the work and achievements of our students, especially after weathering a very difficult few years of education, and a return to the standards of 2019.
"They have shown remarkable resilience and determination, and we could not be prouder of them. Our teachers have worked tirelessly to ensure students are all able to progress onto further education and employment with confidence, and we look forward to learning of their achievements in the future."
