A CELEBRITY chef will be rustling up his favourite cuisines in Ludlow this week.
Peter Sidwell will be at Ludlow Design Centre from 9.30am to 4.30pm tomorrow (Friday) and 9.30am to midday on Saturday (September 9).
The television presenter and author of five cookbooks, who lives in the Lake District, is an entrepreneur of multiple businesses across various sectors.
He self-published his first cookbook in 2008, and has built his career through investing in himself, his vision and his culinary abilities.
Peter's first TV series, Lakes on a Plate, was shown on Channel 4 in September 2010 before featuring on Sky in 2015, 2017 and 2018. He has also appeared as a judge alongside Mich Turner in the double series Britain’s Best Bakery, on ITV1.
More recently, he has been known for presenting Taste the Lakes on Prime.
At 2.30pm tomorrow (Friday), Peter will be cooking whatever is placed in a mystery hamper in a 'ready, steady, cook' format.
There will also be organic fairtrade barista coffee available throughout the two days, as well as other refreshgments from Lauren Fayre's converted horsebox, with free ice creams hidden in the freezer.
