A THREATENING teenager has been back up before the magistrates after failing to turn up for appointments.
Dylan Moore entered a guilty plea to one count of failing to comply with the requirements of a community order when he appeared before magistrates in Telford.
The court heard from the probation service that the 19-year-old had been handed a community order by magistrates in Telford on March 29 after he was convicted of one count of sending messages which conveyed a threat for the purpose of causing distress or anxiety in Telford on April 25, 2022.
But, magistrates were told, he had failed to comply with the terms of the order by failing to appear for probation appointments on June 11 and 18 and failing to provide the required evidence to reasonably excuse his absences within the specified time limit.
The original community order was revoked and Moore, of The Square, Clun, was fined £140.
He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £60.
