STAFF at Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre in Craven Arms is aiming to set half term off with a bang at their explosive bonfire and fireworks event.
Back by popular demand, this year’s event is happening on Saturday, October 28.
The whole family can enjoy thrilling fair rides and entertainment before the sky lights up with an incredible fireworks display by Titanium Fireworks.
There will be a wide selection of light-up toys and glow sticks to add some sparkle to the night, and visitors can stay fuelled and refreshed with delicious refreshments and a fully stocked bar - which includes pizza, hot dogs and burgers, as well as a dessert bar.
Supported by Euro Quality Foundation, this year marks the sixth anniversary of the popular event. Discounted tickets are available from the Centre's front desk, priced at £5.50 for adults, £3.50 children, and £16 for a family of two adults and three children.
Prices on the day will go up to £6, £4 and £18 respectively. Gates open at 5pm, with the bonfire being lit at 7pm and fireworks going off at 7.30pm.
