A LUDLOW fitness instructor is hosting weekly Zumba classes at the Assembly Rooms, encouraging local people to start a healthy new habit.
The group, run by Honor Bailey, meets at the Assembly Rooms every week on Wednesday evening at 7pm.
The first class is free, with each one afterwards costing £5.
Classes can be booked by messaging the page Zumba with Honor on Facebook.
On her Facebook page, Ms Bailey says: “The class is suitable for all abilities so come along and bring your friends for a workout that feels like a night out. Who fancies coming to join the party and sweat your stuff with me? Can’t wait to see you there.”
Zumba is a combination of cardiovascular exercise and Latin-inspired dance routines. It works on improving cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility.
It is popular with people who want to keep fit while having fun, and the classes are designed for those who want to enhance both their physical health and their social lives.
Ludlow Assembly Rooms is a venue in the town that is used for anything from exercise classes and art workshops to live music and theatre.
