LUDLOW Castle has announced the dates of its live music events next year, after the huge success of this year's concerts.
The castle announced on social media: "After an incredible inaugural series of shows in the summer, we can't wait to welcome a whole host of artists back to Ludlow! For all the latest information, sign up for our Ludlow Castle newsletter at liveatludlow.co.uk."
The live music will take place from July 25 to 28 next year, and the venue has already issued some information.
It says: "Music events taking place within the grounds are standing events and seating will not be permitted in the venue.
"There will be an accessible viewing platform prioritised for wheelchair users and their companions. There will also be toilet facilities available on site in this area. To access these facilities purchase an accessible seated area ticket. Please note these are uncovered so please plan appropriately.
"A space for people who prefer to stand but may need a less crowded area and a chair will be available for those who need it. Please note, there is no viewing platform in this area.
"Live at Ludlow Castle is a 14-plus event. Children aged five to 13 must always be accompanied by a parent or guardian and will need to purchase a full-price ticket. Live at Ludlow Castle does not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care of liability for any under 18s on-site.
"Residents with postcodes SY7, SY8 and HR6 are entitled to an exclusive 48-hour pre-sale when a limited number of tickets will be released ahead of general sale."
In July this year, thousands of music fans had descended on Ludlow for its Within the Walls festival, featuring big names like Kaiser Chiefs, Bastille, Rag 'n' Bone Man and Nile Rodgers and Chic.
The event brought a boost to trade in Ludlow, despite heavy rain over the weekend and noise complaints.
