CHANGE is afoot for Ludlow Swimming club as it is set to expand with a new section.
The organisation has announced that it will be introducing a masters section to the club, which meets at Teme Leisure, starting on Sunday, January 7.
A spokesperson said the new group is for anyone over 18 who wants to swim regularly with like-minded adults in a structured and often fast paced environment.
Each session will involve a written set of exercises designed by the club's head coach, Nathan Bradford, with help and advice regarding stroke technique available to attendees.
There will be two training sessions per week, held every Tuesday evening from 7.30pm to 8.30pm. and a Sunday afternoon from 2pm to 3.30pm. This coincides with the club's performance squad sessions for under-18s.
Any potential attendee would receive one free session, with a monthly subscription costing £35 per month plus a yearly Swim England joining fee of £20 for training or £40 if they are competing.
