NEW owners are wanted at an iconic building in Ludlow town centre.
The former De Grays and Wildwood building in the town is on the market with Halls Commercial, who said the property can either be leased or bought freehold, with the price available on application.
The grade II listed building would be suitable for a wide variety of retail or restaurant uses, the agents said, with three storeys and a basement area providing restaurant seating, stores, and welfare facilities.
It has a double-fronted glazed shop front and has most recently been used as a restaurant.
The ground floor currently offers restaurant seating, sales area, and a commercial kitchen, while the basement area provides storage. The upper floors provide further seating, storage, and welfare facilities, the agents said.
The prominent Broad Street building boasts a wealth of character, with plenty of exposed beams.
Halls said the property is to let by way of a new lease on a tenants full repairing and insuring basis for a length of term by negotiation. Alternatively the property is for sale freehold with vacant possession.
Alternatively, consideration would be given to the letting on a new lease on terms to be agreed (subject to status).
