POLICE have been targeting addresses and drug activity hotspot areas in Ludlow and surrounding villages.
The proactive patrols are being carried out as part of Operation Conyay, said Ludlow police community support officer Susan Cooke.
The operation is working to battle drug activity in south Shropshire, with the aim of protecting local communities from harm, and will see the area's safer neighbourhood teams carrying out regular targeted patrols to tackle drug-related activities.
You can report drug-related issues by contacting police on 101 or through the West Mercia Police website.
If you aren’t comfortable contacting police directly, information can also be given anonymously to the independent charity, Crimestoppers, they never ask your name and they cannot trace your call or I.P address. You can call 0800 555 111 or visit their website: www.crimestoppers-uk.org.
