Two arrests have been made and an estimated £100,000 of cash and high-value watches seized following a series of drugs warrants.
Police officers and the Neighbourhood Crime Fighting Team in South Worcestershire carried out one warrant in Worcester and two in Pershore “based on good intelligence around the illegal supply of drugs” into the areas, said detective sergeant Kristoffer Stevens of the South Worcestershire County Lines Team.
An estimated total of £62,000 in cash, high-value watches including a Rolex and an Omega worth approximately £35,000 to £40,000, a small amount of class A and B drugs and multiple phones were seized across the three addresses on July 31.
A man, 30, and a woman, 28, were arrested on suspicion of being involved in the supply of drugs and money laundering. They have been bailed pending further enquiries as part of this ongoing investigation.
“We will not stop in our pursuit of those whose actions ultimately heap misery on our communities,” said DS Stevens.
