A car crash in the morning of August 23 saw a vehicle leave the road and land upside down in a roadside hedge.
A Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said a crew from Tenbury Wells Fire Station was called at 08:05am to the collision on the A456 at Newnham Bridge.
The driver was described as a male driver in his 20s and already had removed himself from the vehicle before the arrival of the fire service, said the spokesperson. The Police attended for traffic management and the incident was resolved at 08:36 – just over half an hour after the fire service were called.
A West Mercia Police spokesperson confirmed that they were alerted to the incident at Newnham Bridge around 7am with a report of the collision.
Police officers attended to find the vehicle had left the carriageway and flipped onto its roof, said the spokesperson. Thankfully, the driver had sustained no major injuries and the incident took no casualties.
