Ludlow Sixth Form College recently celebrated the success of its prize-winning students from the class of 2024 at the annual Presentation Evening, held at the college.
The Presentation Evening presents an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of the college's students.
There are more than 30 awards made at the annual ceremony, recognising excellence in all academic subjects and special awards for wider contributions to the college and community.
There are also a number of special awards supported by charities and individuals in memory of past students.
"We are delighted with our students’ outstanding results, with most achieving the grades required to progress to the university of their choice, and a marked increase in the number of students securing places at elite Russell Group institutions," said Linda Randall, who is head of campus at Ludlow Sixth Form College, which has a long history of nurturing students to success at university and beyond.
"Twenty years on, we were delighted to welcome back Ludlow alumna Becky Morris, who is currently working in educational research at the University of Warwick, as our guest speaker," added Ms Randall.
"Another past student, Dr Rory Naylor, received the CKA Amanda Brisbane Award for outstanding achievement.
"We send all of our Class of 2024 leavers our very best wishes for continued success!"
