FLOOD warnings remain in force this afternoon after heavy rain hit earlier this week.
Flood warnings are currently in force for the river Teme at Leintwardine and Walford and at Tenbury Wells and Burford.
Flood alerts are also in force for the Ledwyche Brook and River Rea, the Lower Teme, the river Lugg north of Leominster, and the Upper Teme.
Heavy flooding has brought travel chaos across Shropshire, Herefordshire, and Worcestershire over recent days, with floods hitting major roads including the A49.
Waters are now subsiding, with dry weather through Thursday and Friday.
However the first named storm of this storm season, Storm Ashley, has potential to bring high winds to the Midlands when it arrives in the coming days.
