A FORMER J Mart shop has gone up for sale in Shropshire.
The Craven Arms shop premises is being marketed by agents Sunderlands with a £395,000 price tag.
The agents said the freehold premises has ample car parking and loading facilities and open-plan non-food retail areas.
The site includes a retail area, a number of storage rooms, and a toilet on the ground floor, with a further large, open-plan retail area which extends over the ground-floor car park to the rear of the site.
The building is finished to a "functional standard", according to Sunderlands, with strip-lighting throughout and display windows.
The site itself is fenced with double gates at the roadside boundary.
It is set in a prominent position alongside the A49 in Craven Arms.
The building was previously home to J Mart, which has shops in Hereford, Leominster, Kington, Ross-on-Wye, Ledbury, and Malvern.
J Mart sells a range of homewares, DIY and garden goods.
