FATHER Christmas will be making a special appearance at a Shropshire National Trust property next month.
Sunnycroft in Wellington will welcome visitors to experience a festive visit with Father Christmas himself in December. Families can pre-book for a chance to meet Father Christmas in a peaceful, seasonal setting.
Families can pre-book to step through the mouse hole into a whimsical world where festive preparations are underway at Sunnycroft, and delight in the sight of mice feasting, playing, and decking the halls.
As a grand finale, families will visit Father Christmas himself, to share their wishes for Christmas.
Lou Hall, site manager at Sunnycroft, said: “Father Christmas has his list ready and can’t wait to see families back at Sunnycroft this December! Our enchanting take on mice getting ready for Christmas adds an extra sprinkle of festive magic to Sunnycroft’s charm.”
After-school sessions are available from 3.30pm to 7pm, from December 6 to 20.
Weekend and school holiday sessions run from 10am to 7pm from December 7 to 22, and on Monday, December 23.
Each child’s visit with Father Christmas includes a small gift. Tickets cost £20 per child and £5 per accompanying adult, and pre-booking is essential.
Returning this year, visitors to ‘Behind the Scenes’ will be able to experience the magic of Christmas at Sunnycroft in a new light.
While Father Christmas is flying through the sky, adults will get a glimpse behind the scenes to discover how the National Trust’s talented team brings the festive season to life. Though Father Christmas won't be present, it's the perfect visit for curious minds who want to peek into the magic of how it's all made.
Behind the scenes tours run from December 18 to 20, with timed sessions between 11.30am and 2pm.
Each tour is limited to 12 guests to preserve the cosy ambiance of Sunnycroft, with tickets for this exclusive experience priced at £5 per person, and pre-booking essential.
