THE NFU's popular Food and Farming Roadshow, now in its sixth year, continues its packed tour this week when it comes to the West Midlands region for a fortnight.
It aims to improve public awareness of food and farming and promote the Little Red Tractor logo.
The Tesco-sponsored unit stops at a variety of venues, including farmers' markets, agricultural and food shows, supermarkets, town centres and tourist attractions.
It visits Ross-on-Wye's market house on August 24 and Ludlow Food Festival on September 12.
At each stop, presenter Johnny Ball will be on hand to meet and entertain members of the public and answer questions about food and farming. Johnny offers visitors a copy of the new British Farm Standard recipe booklet.
Other local dates include: August 19: Angel Place/Broad Street, Worcester
August 21: Minsterley Show, near Shrewsbury
August 23: Tesco Extra, Telford
