Wem Town 3 Craven Arms 0
CRAVEN Arms played reasonably well, but the home team deservedly took the points after holding the edge throughout their Shropshire League opener.
Play was fairly even between the penalty areas, but when the ball reached the danger area Wem posed the bigger threat and opened up a lead with two strikes just before the break. They added a third late in the game.
