RURAL art venues in south Shropshire are set to be invaded by contemporary theatre companies, Cartoon de Salvo and The Mad Dogs and Englishmen, and their latest productions: Meat and Two Veg and Outrageous Nonsense.
Cartoon de Salvo is based in Surrey and has toured Meat and Two Veg around the country.
The show is loosely based on Twelfth Night but twists in a surreal fashion from the original. Audience participation is highly encouraged and songs appear throughout.
The Mad Dogs and Englishmen's Outrageous Nonsense consists of The Proposal by Chekhov and The Overcoat by Gogol. It is being performed in Priestweston Village Hall on Thursday, February 5, at 7:30pm.
