Team manager Les Bristow is in his fourth season at the helm of Ludlow Town and has previous managerial experience in the Midland Football Alliance his home town club Bridgnorth Town. Les spent the majority of his playing career with Bridgnorth Town and served the club for over 17 years as a player, secretary and later manager. A a youngster he was also on the books of Wellington Town, now known as Telford United.
Les joined Ludlow Town in 2000 and together with Steve Frisby guided Town to the West Midlands Regional League Premier Division Championship, with Ludlow losing just one match en-route to the title. With the departure of Steve Frisby mid-way through last season Les linked up with his former assistant manager at Bridgnorth Town, Paul Blakeley. Paul is a former youth coach at Walsall Football Club.
Former Town player and club vice chairman Bob Jones completes the back room team for Ludlow Town.
