HEREFORD Choral Society's annual performance of Handel's Messiah on December 13 will be conducted by cathedral organist Geraint Bowen.
Starting at 7.30pm, the concert will be accompanied by Orchestra da Camera, including the continuo of Peter Adams (cello), Simon Jones (trumpet), Roger Judd (harpsichord) and Peter Dyke (chamber organ).
This year's soloists are Lucy Crowe , William Missin, Simon Wall and Jonathan Arnold.
Reserved seats, at £12 and £14, can be obtained from the ticket secretary on 01432 274144. Unreserved seats at £6 are available from Outback Records, the Cathedral Shop and St John's door on the evening of the concert, as well as the ticket secretary.
