THERE'S more than one way to get plastered, as innkeeper Norman Pearce found out recently.
Norman, mine host of the Sun Inn at Corfton, broke his wrist gardening about six weeks ago but as a creator of famous bottled beers he was able to turn the accident to his advantage by creating his very own ale - "Plastered".
"It seemed like a good idea and I hope the beer sells well. The plaster comes off soon but the special ale will be ready to commemorate it."
Norman is riding high at present, his pub was featured in the Food and Drink Programme on BBC2 recently and is also praised in the latest edition of the Real Ale Pub Guide.
