BUCKINGHAM Palace has announced details of the Prince of Wales's visit to Ludlow Racecourse on Monday.
Prince Charles is due to officially open the new Jubilee Stand - a commitment postponed from January when the Prince's helicopter was unable to land owing to bad weather.
This time the Prince will arrive at the racecourse by helicopter at 1.25pm and leave at 2.30pm.
During his visit the Prince will watch The Prince of Wales Chall-enge Trophy Amateur Riders' Handicap and meet the winning owner and rider when he presents the trophies. The Prince took part in the race in 1980 and it was subsequently renamed to commemorate his participation.
The Prince will also unveil a plaque to open the new £650,000 stand.
