THE Tenbury Advertiser (November 6) ran a story about someone taking a dog to Tenbury Firework display.
What on earth do the owners of this dog have between their ears? Obviously no common sense or concern for the well-being of their dog, nor consideration for all the other people at the display.
I must also add that Andy Breakwell's comment to the owners "pointing out it should not be there" was an "after the horse has bolted" comment because surely those people with the dog, or any person with any animal, should not be admitted to this type of event under any circumstances.
For the sake of a few extra pounds in admission fees, does the Round Table really think it was worth letting them in?
Name and address supplied.
* ROUND Table chairman Andy Breakwell told The Advertiser: "The owner was spoken to, pointing out it should not be there.
"We expect people to exercise common sense and follow published advice on animals and fireworks. This is the first time this has happened to us in over 20 years.
"We do everything we can to meet health and safety requirements."
