CHRIS Williams clinched Ludlow Cycling Club's time-trial league title when he finished sixth in the final event of the season.
The Whitcliffe Hill Climb saw Williams secure enough points to take the overall first place in the 20-event series, 24 points clear of runner-up Dover Disney.
Stuart Griffiths (Climb On Bikes) won the final event in a personal best time of 8min 8sec, 14 seconds clear of triathlete Kevin Nash, with Ludlow's best finisher Phil Weaver a further eight seconds adrift in third place.
Weaver collected the Franklin Trophy as the fastest Ludlow Cycling Club member.
Greg Smith took the senior award, Neal Deller was the fastest veteran, Julia McDonald the first lady, and Charles Elcock the junior prize.
The guest league for non-Ludlow members was won by veteran Dave Heaven (Climb On Bikes), with his team colleagues Phil Mason and Stuart Griffiths sharing the runners-up spot.
