Victory 5 Richard's Castle 1
AFTER a good draw away from home last week, Richard's Castle were given the run around by a strong Victory outfit for most of their game in the Herefordshire Sunday League Division One.
Castle did open the scoring though, thanks to Ben Apperley in the second minute.
But they could not add to this effort and four quick goals by Victory all but sealed the win before half-time.
They added to this early on in the second half.
The Castle had chances to come back into the game, but a mixture of bad luck and some good goal-keeping meant that the did not materialise and the score was kept to 5-1.
The man of the match for Richard's Castle was a hard-working James Pearson.
