Youth Project: Mayfair Community Centre has put together a package of summer workshops for the youngsters, and these include sports workshops on Mondays at Church Stretton School from 10am-1pm, Art Workshops in the Community Centre on Tuesdays from 10am-1pm. Throughout Wednesdays the youngsters can experience Drama and Classic Film Workshops with a modern twist to classic scripts from 10am-1pm. Film Maker's Workshops from 3.30pm-6.30pm they can become a master of the decks at a DJ Workshop with DJ Mconan. Places at these workshops are limited and need to be pre-booked at Mayfair. Each Workshop costs £1.50.

Cheque Presentation: Following their most recent production of 'The Heiress' members of Dorrington Players Drama Group have donated a cheque for £100 to the Ludlow Foyer project. The Foyer project was the choice of the play's Director and so Mrs Beryl Lewis was on hand to present the cheque.
