IF flowers speak volumes, it is no surprise that South Shropshire chief librarian Adrian Williams has a lovely garden.
Plant and book lovers alike will have a chance to enjoy his Ludlow garden on Saturday when it opens in aid of Ludlow Library Friends.
The garden at 6, Julian Road, is divided into 'rooms' by herbaceous borders and has many lovely plants.
There will be tea and cakes and stalls selling plants, produce, books and bric--brac. Everyone is welcome between 2pm and 4pm.
Further information on the events and about joining the Friends is available on 01584 877020.
