Climb On Bikes riders took a deserved top three places in Ludlow Cycling Clubs latest round of the time-trial league on the 10 mile Leominster by-pass course.
Stu Griffiths, Phil Mason and Wendy Hall made up the Climb On Bikes trio that forced Ludlow's Gary McDonald into fourth place, even though his current form has pushed him up into second place in the club league table.
A still evening allowed all of the competitors to post respectable times on what can be a difficult course with little protection from the wind.
Neal Deller took full advantage of the calm conditions with a personal best time and eighth place overall. Dover Disney retained his league lead over his Ludlow team mates with another good finish in the top five.
With Gary McDonald, Chris Williams and Gary Biggs all so close behind him in the league, it will surely be another nail biting finish at the end of the season to see who wins the overall club trophy.
