Ludlow Town 0 Ketley Bank United 1
LUDLOW boss Mike Seaborne felt gutted after Ketley Bank staged a ‘smash and grab’ win.
“We dominated the game from start to finish, so for them to score with less than five minutes to go was disappointing,”
said Seaborne.
“We just couldn’t put the ball in the back of the net. If we had scored. I think we could have got three or four. Their goal came from a setpiece, which is a bit annoying.”
There were few chances for either side in last Saturday’s Shropshire County League Premier Division battle.
Town’s Sean Evans went closest for the hosts, striking a post.
Seaborne said: “I would have been disappointed with a point, so to come away with nothing is gutting.
It was like a smash and grab raid.”
