LUDLOW Lions under-12s hope to begin life in competitive football with a roar when they kick off in September.
The team is a mixture of lads who have trained since under-8s and just played friendlies plus some new additions.
They will be playing matches on Sunday mornings in the Hereford Junior Football League.
New coaches Wayne Davies and Chris Hughes will lead the team while veteran manager Mike Lewis, who has trained some of the lads for several years, will be helping out at training. This week, the team received their new kit from sponsor Kevin Smart of Ludlow Salvage.
