KNIGHTON put the Worcestershire Div 5 title beyond doubt when they collected 20 points at Barnards Green on Saturday.
Winning the toss, they put Barnards Green into bat. Only opener Cyril Dean (47) was able to resist the onslaught from first change bowler Mark Evans (6-13), two wicket maidens, and Phil Hipkiss (2-7), four maidens.
With rain threatening, Knighton passed the total in 18 overs thanks to big hitters Mark Evans (32) and skipper Martin Toms (31).
